Today at the monthly VBCBA luncheon, Don Burzynski of CrossLife Ministries gave a great talk about stress management from a Biblical perspective. This talk was two weeks after Hurricane Irma caused a lot of stress and hassle for Floridians, so it was a very timely topic!
